We ate the kids’ Easter candy. We weren’t sorry until the vet made us chase it with activated charcoal. This happened shortly after we left the house for Easter dinner. We thought the Easter baskets were safely closed in the pantry. Apparently, they weren’t. Good thing the emergency vet is open on Easter.
