in all honesty, he looks more guilty than sorry! 😛 Sorry that you were hurt.. sounds like something my girl would when we are engaged in a wrestling match of sorts 😛

I feel for you both!!! Husband used to wrestle in the morning with our Stumpy tail girl each morning on the bed. Don’t let the breed Stumpy tail fool you! she poked me in the eye big time with that little tail! I had the blackest shiner for 2 weeks! Told everyone John and Pinta beat me up (they all knew how truly mean they both are 😉 ) I had to live with the embarrassment of not moving out of the way fast enough! Haha I learned!

My mom’s Pit jumped in my lap once and her forehead hit my nose. Didn’t bleed, but hurt like hell!

one of my doxies “torpedoes” me every now and then in the eye, out of excitement. He means to give affection, he just is so….awkward. Could totally see this happening.

He looks just like my Rex, who will beat you to death with his tail (not clipped)!

Got a serious shiner from the top of a Rottie’s head once. Those heads are solid and their legs are springs!

I can’t tell you how many injuries I have sustained from rambunctious bulldogs! They all have this look on their faces when they realize that I am hurt. They never mean to do it- they just don’t realize how big and strong they are!

I have a similar dog…one day I was bending down to pet him and he jumped up and hit me in the head with his head. I got a concussion 🙁

You weren’t using your cat like reflexes, eh? Darth V. is a handsome fellow, and he truly does look sorry. My pit gets excited and nips, leaves little hickey type bruises that are REAL fun to explain. Heal quickly, mom!

Somehow in the universe that makes up for all the time I hit my dog in the head with the remote control because I didn’t see her under the blanket and threw it there.
