“I destroyed my dad’s favorite CDs.” We came home to find our retired racing greyhound, Zoomer, had found our CD holder and destroyed my husband’s favorites – AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc. This was the strangest thing she destroyed to date.

Adoptable Fridays – Dobby
Dobby is a ~2-year-old daschund/italian greyhound mix from Lubbock, TX. He is being adopted through the Humane Society of West Texas. He is incredibly cuddly and will make an excellent lap dog. He is great with other dogs of any size and with cats. He is timid, however, and needs a home with no children. He is slowly being socialized to groups of people but still prefers a quiet setting with a few people who make him feel safe. Daisy lives in Mount Laurel, NJ and is being adopted through Animal Sanctuary Society. This sweet greyhound mix is so cute and just gets along with everyone. She is very friendly, loving and loves to give kisses. She loves to run and she runs 5 miles a day on a tread mill. She isn’t hooked and gets off when she is done, sometimes she will run 6 miles. He is a very well behaved italian greyhound but he cannot resist the temptation to dig in all trash cans. he especially loves q-tips…we now have to keep the bathroom doors shut!!
Dennis the pizza sneak thief
This is Dennis the retired racing greyhound.
‘After a 15 hour day at work, my mums ordered a nice pizza each. When they went to the kitchen to get a drink, I ate half of both of their pizzas. I am unashamed and proud of my achievement.’
