Toopoynto (pronounced 2.0) is a sweet spunky girl from Alexandria, VA, being adopted through the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation. She is looking for a forever home. She LOVES to run and play and has lots of energy. After guarding the house all day, and keeping her foster sister (a female Alaskan Husky) company she will enthusiastically greet you at the door with her tail wagging. As soon as you sit down she will jump into your lap and put her head on your shoulder. She is curious, clever, and eager to please so it won’t take her long to master new commands. She is also crate trained and housebroken. She needs a bit of work meeting new people, so she is looking for an experienced owner that can show her the best way to be part of a new family. She prefers female humans over men and is working on overcoming her tendency to protect her foster mom for from men. What a cute name. My dog does the same thing at the vet. She always produces a stool sample there so I don’t have to bring one! Very considerate, huh?!?!
