“It wasn’t until after mommy wrapped me in a blanket and cuddled me that she realized why I didn’t feel well…I got in to the cat’s litter box! I’m gross!”
Max is one of our very loving schnauzers. We came home one day and he was sitting alone shaking. We made sure to wrap him up and cuddle him to make him feel better. It wasn’t until he started giving kisses upon feeling better that we found out he had litter breath!
Liter box as opposed to gallon box? Sorry couldn’t help it. I am a retired English teacher. My dog loved cat poop. Vet days it is like potato chips for dog. We ended up having to put up a gate to keep her out of the litter box.
I don’t understand why, but this is a common practice among dogs. Usually they don’t shake and need consoling. Mostly they just sit there chewing them thar kitty tootsie-rolls, with a doggie grin on their face.
