I pooped in the car while we were driving on the highway, so daddy couldn’t pull over and mommy had to crawl back to clean it up so I wouldn’t sit in it.
P.S. I’m really a very good, loving girl and would like to share that rescue greyhounds like me make great pets!
“I destroyed my dad’s favorite CDs.” We came home to find our retired racing greyhound, Zoomer, had found our CD holder and destroyed my husband’s favorites – AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc. This was the strangest thing she destroyed to date.
This beauty is Monroe, she is from Arlington, VA and is adoptable through Homeward Trails Animal Rescue. Everyone wanted her picture at the hometown Mardi Gras parade, and she enjoyed greeting all the kids at the parade. As an energetic 2-year old, Monroe might make a good jogging partner, but she also likes to settle down for a good snuggle. And you will love petting her gorgeous brindle fur, which is soft as velvet! Monroe is adoptable through Homeward Trails Animal Rescue. Read all about her on Petfinder here.
Daisy lives in Mount Laurel, NJ and is being adopted through Animal Sanctuary Society. This sweet greyhound mix is so cute and just gets along with everyone. She is very friendly, loving and loves to give kisses. She loves to run and she runs 5 miles a day on a tread mill. She isn’t hooked and gets off when she is done, sometimes she will run 6 miles. She is waiting for a new loving home. Here is her profile.
