I was being walked on a nice Seattle day, and I saw a couple young kids with bags from Popeye’s Chicken. I decided I should get my leash tangled around the smallest one, and when my owner was busy trying to untangle us, I made a mad dash for the chicken.
There is no reward without risk, and the spicy chicken bites were well worth the risk.
“They brought another one home… I am unimpressed.”
Our seven year old Corgi, Bella, had always defied her breed standard and is not a family type dog. She tolerates our three year old based on how much food she drops on the floor. You could almost see her disgust when we brought our newborn home! Poor Bella… 🙂
After spending the day outside in the mountains, Nike, our 2 yr old Vizsla, must have worked up an appetite. After being left alone for less than two minutes, she managed to eat 4 whole slices of pizza and an entire box of 12″ cheese sticks from Papa Johns. My 20 month old son Wyatt found the empty box and brought it to me asking for “stick pwease! Stick pwease!” When I told him they were all gone, his tantrum ensued. Thus, the inspiration for this picture.
