Bentley my 4 year old Yellow Lab rescue who was starved and abandoned has gained 20 pounds since I found him a few months ago. He is a counter-surfer and will eat anything left on the counter that has been unattended for over 2 minutes. He took a whole uncooked London Broil off the counter that was marinating when we left the kitchen, without knocking the glass pan on the floor. It’s safe to say he’s a stinker but he is too cute and sweet to punish!
P.S today he ate half a cake.
Neighbour kids were picnicking out front, next door. Our four year old opened the garage and Scout got out. She decided to visit them….and eat their Happy Meals.
I started throwing up non stop and mom took me to the vet. Long story short…….emergency surgery and the vet discovered my secret. Yes, I ate 7 athletic socks, an electric cord and a candy wrapper. Apparently this wasn’t a great Christmas gift for my humans but I’m feeling way better not considering this cone, of course.
Bailey likes to sit on all the furniture every time we leave the house! We can tell where she’s been because we find dog hair in all of her lounging spots. Her favorite places are this couch (which is right by our front window so she can spy on the neighbors and other passersby), our bed, and our big couch downstairs.
This is how we found Willow when we came home from work. She has a habit of getting into the trash. In this case, I believe the punishment fits the crime.
“Me and the cat always fight for mommy’s attention. So in order for me to get more attention, I framed the cat for digging up mommy’s pot of cactuses in her room!”
Our dog Velvet (the tan one) has delicate paws so she can’t run along side us when we bike, which we do a lot! My husband devised two bike sidecars for Velvet and our other dog, Bailey, so that they can accompany us on our bike trips around town. Velvet looks ashamed but she secretly loves the bike bags and hops in them whenever she can
